2008: Dr.’s Meintjes and Madden recently published two scientific papers in the world-renowned journal of Human Reproduction. The titles of the two papers are:

  • A controlled randomized trial evaluating the effect of lowered incubator oxygen tension on live births in a predominantly blastocyst transfer program. Click Here for Article

2008: The new book “Single Embryo Transfer” was published and released by Elsevier Publishers in November, 2008 with a chapter authored by Dr. Meintjes, documenting the American experience with single blastocst transfer

2008: The following paper was presented at the Annual Meeting of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology in Barcelona Spain:

  • Optimization of Culture Systems. How to Ensure Better Success Rates.

2008: An invited graduate educational course with the following titles was presented in November at the Annual Meeting of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine in San Francisco:

  • Cryo-augmentation after single blastocyst transfer. What does it take to make it work?
  • Optimizing pregnancy outcomes for the transfer of frozen blastocysts cryopreserved by slow freezing.

2008: Invited presentations were given at the Annual meeting of the American Association of Bioanalysts:

  • Setting up a quality embryo culture system.
  • Growing the perfect blastocyst.
