Dr. Mehta is a board certified reproductive endocrinology and infertility specialist who has been treating couples with infertility since 2003. Helping patients realize their dreams of building a family is a source of great fulfillment for her. Dr. Mehta sees every patient herself at every visit and performs all sonograms/procedures herself. Providing personalized care is extremely important to her since infertility is often a very sensitive issue.

Treatments offered include ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), reproductive surgery including laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), and third party reproduction with donor egg, donor sperm, and surrogacy. Dr. Mehta has actively pursued research in Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) and published articles in leading journals.

She completed her Ob/Gyn residency at the University of Texas at Galveston followed by subspecialty fellowship training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of California San Diego. Dr. Mehta has also previously held academic appointments at UTMB Galveston and UT Southwestern medical school. She serves as a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine,  Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility,  American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists Androgen Excess Society, Texas Medical Association and the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Society. Dr. Mehta's areas of special interest include PCOS, obesity, fertility preservation, ovarian aging and hysteroscopic surgery. Dr. Mehta has been voted one of America's Top Obstetricians and Gynecologists every year since 2009 by the Consumer Research Council of America.

Dr. Ali R. Guerami is a board certified reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist who has been in practice in Dallas since 1988. He has provided individualized care, education, and support to patients during diagnosis and treatment of female as well as male infertility. The initial consultation, follow-up care, and all procedures are performed directly by Dr. Guerami. Treatments offered include ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD), and third party reproduction with donor egg, donor sperm, and surrogacy. He is currently a member of the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

It is with regret that we announce Dr. Madden's retirement. He has served patients from Texas, and all over the world for over 35 years. Dr. Madden was truly committed to the quest of couples to hold new life. We will always be thankful.

Dr. Meintjes has been the Scientific Director for the ARTS programs at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, Presbyterian Hospital of Plano and Harris Methodist Hospital in Fort Worth from 1998 through 2007. He holds a doctorate degree in reproductive physiology and embryo biotechnology and is board-certified as a High Complexity Laboratory Director and human Embryology Laboratory Director. He serves as advisor for numerous national and international fertility companies. IVF laboratories under his direction consistently rate among the top ten in the USA. Dr. Meintjes frequently features as a national and international speaker on in vitro laboratory excellence and design as well as on various aspects of the optimization of assisted reproduction success rates. He has published more than 80 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
